Alwaysby is a personal place to remember the pets you love. We built it to respect your privacy and your memories.
The pets, photos, moments, notes, and candles you add are stored on your device. We do not run a server that holds your memories, and we cannot see your content.
When you choose to use an AI feature (heavenly portrait, photo restoration, tribute writing, or the remembrance companion), the relevant photo or text is sent through our processing endpoint to an AI provider solely to generate that result, then returned to your device. It is used only to fulfill your request — not to build advertising profiles or to track you.
Alwaysby accesses photos you explicitly choose, and saves memorial cards, books, and videos back to your library with your permission. We never access your library in the background.
Alwaysby Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
Alwaysby is not directed to children under 13.
